Franklin Don Pacarro, Jr., served the City and County of Honolulu from 1986 to 2010 in the City Prosecutor’s office. At his departure, he was the Acting First Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. As the First Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Don supervised over 100 of the attorneys in the office. Born and raised in Honolulu, Don graduated from St. Louis High School, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and the University of Hawaii's William S. Richardson School of Law. Don has now focused his energy, experience and talents to private practice concentrating in business transactions, real estate, litigation and estate planning." |
