Practice Before Coming to Saipan: Worked in Manhattan office of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts in the Tax and Corporate departments. Represented major corporations in large transactions including mergers, acquisitions and in corporate compliance matters. Assisted individuals and corporations in tax planning and compliance matters.
Commonwealth Practice: Represents corporations and individuals in tax, foreign investment and compliance matters. Banking law practice includes loan transaction documentation and foreclosure proceedings. Practice also includes real estate and immigration law.
