The attorneys of O’Connor Berman Dotts & Banes can assist off island counsel and corporate in house counsel with pro hac vice applications and can act as local counsel in litigation. We have video conferencing abilities, and we can cover depositions and court proceedings to assist mainland counsel.
Robert O’Connor began the firm and together with Michael Dotts emphasized labor and employment law and construction litigation. David Banes joined the firm to focus on insurance defense, workers compensation and admiralty cases. Greg Koebel has an LLM in Tax Law and focuses his practice on corporate law, business transactions, real estate law and immigration law. When Joseph Horey joined the firm, he brought with him considerable appellate experience and a criminal law background.
